Mario & Rabbids- This was not a launch title for me. Personally I’m sad this game didn’t end up being better, I wanted Sonic to succeed. Beat the story all the way through and after that, that’s pretty much it. The game had so many cringe-worthy parts by the cutscenes to the music. Classic Sonic and (some) Modern Sonic stages were fun, but the avatar stages were just excruciating. Sonic Forces- I left this for last because it’s pretty straight forward. Audio chopping out, crappy camera view, boring gameplay.
ONIRIKE SWITCH REVIEW UPDATE
Even after the update it chugged more than Barney at Moe’s. Great cartoonish art style, similar to Zelda with the whole purpose of exploring an island in search of puzzles. I also kind of had my eye on it anyways, because truthfully the game looks down right beautiful. Apparently it was just atrocious at launch and completely unplayable. Rime- Heard of Tequila Works releasing a new update for their adventure puzzle game “Rime”, that made the frame rate more stable and other adjustments. Still would love to see an Arms Rep for Smash Bros though. I was right though, I feel the same, couldn’t get into it. I actually bought this game back a second time because I thought I didn’t give it a chance the first time around.
ONIRIKE SWITCH REVIEW PRO
The game was intended to be played with Joy Cons, and I’m usually a Pro Controller kind of guy. Even after being able to customize a pro controller, I was never entirely sure which I preferred to stick with. For me personally it must have been controls. I love the fact Nintendo made something entirely new as a launch title for the Switch, such as Splatoon was with Wii U. This is a problem sometimes as the game may be too big or just too time consuming to complete.Īrms- Let me first state that I’m not denying this is a good game. I play all of my games to complete them, so I truly give something a chance with the whole intention of seeing everything the game has to offer. Personally I usually do my research before I invest any time into playing something I hopefully won’t hate.
